The customization process of Sprocket is divided into four stages: demand communication (customers submit parameters or design requirements), solution confirmation (engineers provide 3D drawings and material suggestions), production and processing (manufacturing using precision equipment), quality inspection and delivery. We provide technical consultant support throughout the process to ensure that each link is transparent and efficient.
2. When customizing Sprocket products, what parameters or functions can customers adjust?
Customers can customize the size (such as number of teeth, aperture), material (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, nylon), surface treatment (electroplating, spraying, etc.) and special functions (such as waterproof, corrosion resistance). If special structures or integrated smart sensors are required, we can also provide cross-domain solutions.
3. How long does it usually take to produce a customized order? Is expedited service feasible?
The standard customization cycle is 10-15 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. For urgent needs, we provide expedited service (minimum 5 working days). The priority must be clearly stated in the contract, and the team will allocate resources to handle it first.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit for custom Sprocket? How is the price of small batch orders?
We support flexible orders, and the MOQ is only 50 pieces; small batch orders adopt the "basic mold fee + unit cost" pricing model to ensure that customers do not have to bear too high upfront investment. Large quantities can enjoy tiered discounts, and the specific plan needs to be evaluated based on demand.
5. How is the quality of customized products guaranteed? How to deal with mismatch problems?
All customized products have passed the ISO certification process, including three precision tests and load tests. If there is a compatibility problem after delivery, we promise to return to the factory for free adjustment within 15 days, and bear the associated logistics costs to ensure 100% compatibility with customer equipment.
