Yes, we support customized sprockets according to the following Asian national standards:
Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS): such as JIS B 1801, suitable for 25/35/41 series chains.
Chinese National Standard (GB): such as GB/T 1243, providing 06B/08B/10B and other models.
Korean Standard (KS): compatible with KS B 1507 series.
The customization range includes the number of teeth, hole diameter, keyway size and tolerance, and drawings or specific parameters must be provided.
Do you support special materials or surface treatments to meet corrosion resistance/high temperature resistance requirements?

Material upgrade:
Stainless steel (SUS304/316) is used in food and chemical industries;
alloy steel (SCM440) is heat treated (HRC45-50) to improve wear resistance;

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom non-standard sprockets?
Standard parameter modification (such as hole diameter, number of teeth): minimum order quantity 50 pieces, suitable for carbon steel/stainless steel material.
Completely non-standard design (such as special-shaped teeth, composite structure): minimum order quantity 100 pieces, adjusted according to the complexity of the process.
Note: Small batch customization (<50 pieces) can be negotiated, but additional mold fees are required.
